Limiting beliefs fall into three classifications

Hopelessness - This can be impossible (this goal cant be achieved by anyone)

Helplessness - I cant do it (I apprehend it can be done I simply cant do it)

Worthlessness - I do not deserve it (feeling you don't meet some requirement)
