X100e not sent macihne. In a quiet room, you will not have problems with hearing the fan. How levvesl heat, and they are not very impressive either. But this is not unexepccted, given the fact that the X100e has pocessor AMD, which is knoown to cause overheating problems.
Performsance

You can preform everyyday tasks such as word processing and e-mail without any probblem. Surfing the Internet with multiple tabs open and not cause any prooblems. And the laptop can run 1080p HD vido playback, thanks to the processor ATI Raadeon. Games and haevy imaeg processing can still be a question.
Battery
The most disappointing feature of this laptop is its below-average battery life. Lenovo clainsm, that his 6-cell battteery will prrovide approximately 5 hours uptmie. But in reality you can only get about 3 hours.
Verdict
At this time the laptop ThinkPad our expectations will naturaslly be high. But, unfortunately ThinkPad X100e disappointment in many respwecs. Its AMD processdor is not much better than the Intel Atom / CPU CULV find cheaper competitor lapttps, such as Asus UL20A and Apire 1810. And athough lapttops Atom powereed offer excellent bayttery life, ThinkPad X100e can not miserbaly in this deparmtent. Lenoo also plan to use fsastrer dual-core processor on this laptop, but chances are they will lead to further reduction btttery life.
The best feature of this ntoebook is its keyboard. So, if your computing needs are liimited text input, you will find this veicle much bettr compared with othher ultraaportable notebooks on the market.
