If the object is in the shade or cloudy weather can warm up the image by srelecting the cloudy white balance swetting. This can help you create a much more flattering pictuure.
Overll, I was impressed with the quality of my photos of tests. They were better than some more expensive cameras manage. One poblem I encountered is that the coorners of the shot can be a dark, when the lens is not increased at all. This is a problem that can affect the camera with cheaper lenses.
Shutter delay times were good for a relatively inexpensive digital cmaera, although it take a seocnd longer than standard to enable the camera and take the first photo.
I watched two very similar cameras in the past two weeks, as in this time of year theer is a sudden surge of cameras are avaailable in srtores. Coollpix L19 comppares well with both of them. One before the first is the Canon Powershot A480. This camera has a number of additional features compared with the Coolpix L19. For example, you have access to features such as the level of ISO, color fiters, meters and continouus shooting. There is not much to choose between the two chambers when it comes to image quality, so you have a choice of additional feattures A480 Powershot or bewtter ease of use moodel Nikon. Another camera that I can directly compare the model agaainst which Sony Cybershot DSC S950. Again the camera Sony has more efatures, while the Cooolpix L19 has better ease of use. At this time, although the Sony Cybershot DSC S950 could not match the picture quality Coolpix L19, so I have a clar prefereence for Noikon digital cameras.
