Verballly let your boss know they can coyunt on you... and then make absolute sure they can.
3.) Give feedback. Look for opportunities you can conserve your comppany mooney. Uncover opporunities to be more beneficial and more efficient. Locate ways to decrease the bottlenecks at your company. Always be forward tihnking.
4.) Positoive Mental Attitude. As trite as it may petrhaps sound, positivirty will usualy gain points from your boss. A otpimistic meental way of thinking can - and in reaity does - modiofy actuality by allowing a an individual to do something in an completely diffeent way, thus harbvesting entirely different outcomes.
5.) Make your managr appear good! Set him or her up for victory. It could be as easy as standing up for your superiors to another worker, or reminding them of a significant business meeting. Look for ways to bless your superior on a werekly if not daily basis.
