How can we deal with worry so that it does not bring forth anxiety? In reading about such a lot of good stuff to understand about myself and my very own reactions to fretand life, evidently, balance is one word we are able to use to help us before we reachthe stage of needing something greater thanreading an article.

Is there a way to find balance in such a society that we live in today? I believe there is a precise way to handle stress and anxiety. It is claimedthat balance is not a talent but a learned skill; one that has got to be practiced and mindful of our spiritual essence. Remember there are no longer any quick fixes to stress.

A query for us to ask ourselves is; what can we do something about ? How can we alter any of the processes? Usually, first we must recognize this is in fact a part of personal development; if we are going provide benefit for ourself. If can, when do we start and will we know it takes time and isn't likely to work by tomorrow?

I read a book that addressed the matter and explained easily Stress and Anxiety by saying we should endure like a mountain and flow like water. This was the message: To stand like a mountain suggest a senseof stability, immune tothe winds of changes. To maneuver like water implies the ability to go with all the tide. Rather then trying to change things there are no control over. In other words to maneuver like water should be to persevere, yield where necessary to gain strength, and move on once again.

I believe if we're to stand like a mountain and run like water, we have to first be secure in lots of things about ourselves and understand who we are first. My judgment is that we are probably already in our plan of individual growth of some level. If we are to possess strength and self-confidence in our own being, we had better be sure that we're somewhere in our personal growth with some knowledge to know very well what we stand for is real and right.

Anxiety makes us worried, distressed, and concerned about all things and if we are pushed down with these emotions we won't be calm, solid or peaceful enough to look for our strength to stand like a mountain in times with the surprises in our life along with the unfortunate things that sometimes almost blow us away. The things we have now no control over needs to be, I believe put into a box and forgotten as much as possible. The things we do have control over, we must try to find the rightway to change those things and know that the worldwasn't completed in one day.

The experts agree that stress is known as aperception, real or imagined, that is interpreted like a threat. When the threat isn't resolved, then the results will produce wear on your body-----either in a unique organ or body region. In other words what they are saying is that what begins within the mind like aperception often finally ends up as an indication of disease or illness where it is left without resolving. It indicates how the body becomes the destination of what the games within the mind proclaim. We have now all seen the latter happen at some point. If we worry about something too long, it make us physically ill and it will show up in the way of ulcers on the lip and sometimes in the stomach.

With this said it is our best interest to try in some way to find the balance in life and stop fretting about the things we can do nothing about but work on the things which we can.
