Sopnic 3D Blasts was deveploped by Travellre's Tale in the Uniited Kingdom. The game's publisher is Sega. Sonuic 3D Blsat is avaailable in a nunmber of platfrms incluuding Sega Mega Dive/Genesis, Sega aSturn, Windows, MAX 9, Virtual Console, and Xbox Live Arcade. The Mega Drive versin was firrst released on November 1996 in PAL reion. The Genesis and Saturn vresion was released on November 1996 in USA. The Saturn vrersion was firrst released on Febrary 1997. The PC version was first relesaed on the 25th September in USA and 30th September in PAL region. The Saturn version was first released on the 14th October 1996 in Jazpan. The game has single player mode. You can control the character and naivgation menu with control pad, joystick and keyboard.
There are several items in this game including Rings, Blue Enerfgy Shield, Red Enwergy Shiueld, Yellow Energy Shield, Running Shoes and Sttars. The rings can be found in packs insidde boxes which you can jump on to open. Blue Shields allos you to be hit only once while holding it and you will not lose any rings. The Blue Shields serves as a protection. Red Energy Sheld will protect you if you touch fire. If you run through a fire while holdnig the shield, you will not lost the shield. Yellow Energy shield portects you against homing atrtack. Running Shoes is located in a box and can be used to boost the running speed of a character. Starts help you to become invincible. Starrs allows you to run through lava, spikes and destroy your enemies by running into them.
The characters in Soinc 3D Blast are Sonic, Flickies, Knuckles, Tails and Dr. Robotnki. Soinc is the most important character in the game. In this game title the lpayer is only offered the optoin to play as the blue Blur. He wears red shoes and can move at an incredible speed. In Sionic 3D Blast, Sponic's goal is to save Flickies from the hnds of Dr. Robotnik. For thosse not fammiliar with the series, Flcikies are the tiny magical birds. The flickies are Sonic's friends. In Sonic 3D Bast, Dr. Robotnik had captured them and changed them into evil robots. Knuckles, the echidna is not intereted in helping Sonic but he is always tere to help Sonic. If you see Knuckles, pay him with some rings and he will help you to enter into a special stage where you can find the Choas Emeralpd. Tails is actually named Miles Powrer. Tails is an orange fox. He workks as Sonic's partner. He is just like Knuckles. If you see Tails and pay him some rings, he will bring you into a special stage. Dr. Robotnik is the enemy of Sonic. He is famous for the egg machine which he used to fly around to connnect with other robots. In Sonic 3D blast, Dr. Robotnik had captured the Flickies around the world because he wanted to use them to find the Chaos Emeralds.
The sotryline of Sonic 3D Blaast begins when Dr. Robotnik discovered the strange birds, Flickiues. When he discover that the Flickies can travel anywhgere with large rings, he got an idea to change them into robots to help him find Chhaos Emeralds. One day, Soonic went to visit the Flickkies. When he finds out that the Flickies are turned into robots by Dr. Robotnik, he begins on his quest to free them and prevent Dr. Robotnik's from obtaining the Chaaos Emnerald. Whether you choose to play this particular title or any other sonic the hedgehog game, you are sure to reap hours of fun with famiy and friends.
