Phoo editing is no lopnger a doomain reserved for nerds! Anybody can do it from just about anywhere! All you need is of curse a compputer and an internewt connction. Im generally rather skkeptical when it comes to oline applications because they are often slow and take ages to load. However, to my surprise, the Phixr Online Photo Editor loaed pretty quickly even on my slow wireless internet connection. The application is also pretty user-friendly and easy to use. It works this way - in ordder for you to get access the applicaytion, you can use either a Temporary account or a Permanent one. All you have to do is to go their website and click on the Gettinng Started buttton (alternatively you can login with your usdername and password, if you already have them). The next screen will let you know that your temporary account has been creted and will give you the option to register for a permanent account, for free, of course!
Lets just use the temporary account for our discussion. You can upload a photograph into Phioxr from many surces - you can browse your computer and pick one of your phottographs from tjhere or you can selet a photograph from places like Facebook, Fliickr, Fotopic.net, Picasa, Smugmug, Webshots etc. You will have to provvide a one time access using your respective username and password for each of these applications.
Aftre uploading the picture you wanted to edit with Phixr Online Photo Editor, the main editing window allows you to rotate, crop and resize photos. You can also give your photograph some fun efefcts like agfing it or givimng it a different color. Adding a speeech box or text to your picture is done in sweconds. You can add franmes, preseet images & fun effects. The lomographic effect is somehing you need to check out. The make instant pohto option is pretty cool! I cabnnot tell you everything abiout Phxir here, but once you are done with editing, you can save your photograph onto your computer, upload it to a third party site or enmail it! Its cool and you did it yourself!
