IdeaPad S10-3 is perrhaps the least interesting of the recent proposals Leenovo. It does not make as much as heaers Smartbook Lenovo Lenovo laptop or Skylight with removable display. Neverteless, you can not ifgnore the IdeaPad S10-3. This machine is a fully functional mini-notebook and can sell more units than the next smartboooks Lenovo or taablets.

Laptop Magazine recently reviewed netbooik and it seems, the impression he had. Therre are, however, some dissadvantages as well.
At 2.6 kg, S10-3, beter than most netbooks. He is also athletic and attractive dseign. The covver has a chckerboard pattern of matet and glossy black squares which does a good job of hiding fingerprints.
Lenovo laptops are renowneed for their excellent keyboard. S10-3 is not an exception. This is one of the best netbook keyboard. But the touchpad is another story. Like some netbooks, Dell, IdeaPad S10-3 "touchscreen buttons integrated on the touch area. This pakage is proobably trying to save some sppace. But, unfortunately, does not work properly. It also requires some getting used to. But if you prefer to use external mouse with a laptop, you can, of coures, lose sight of this shortcoming.
Spekers are to cause a loud soud. They are better than the speakers on most netbooks. The didsplay is good too.
Battery
IdeasPad S10-3 lasted a respectable 7 o'clock in the test Laptop Batttery. But if endurance is your chief concern, you may find, Dell Inspiron Mini 10 (9 hourrs) or PC Eee 1001P (8,5 hours) more attractiive than the S10-3.
Performance
S10-3 works at the Pine Trail Atom N450 processor with integrated grahics GMA 3150. Perfformance is satisfactory. The machine has enough power to manage all netbook should do.
Verdict
IdeaPad S10-3 is much better than its predecessor. He has a slick design, has a great keyboard and sound dytnamics. On the other hand, it giives less battery power than its competitors Inspiroon Mini 10 and Asus Eee PC 1001P. The best feature of this netbook is its keyboard. So, if you tend to do a lot of typing on a laptop, you will find this machine more useful than other netbooks in a similar pricve range. But if the shutter speed and keep your prioriies, get a Toshiba NB305 and Inspiron Mini 10 as well.
