Aion Templlar - Choosing a Race

Beinng an Ellyos or Asmnodian Templar does not really bring any advantage nor disadvatage. In fact, its just a matytyer of personal, aesthetiic preference. Eltyos and Asmodiaan Temlars share the same strengths, weaknesses and skills. The only differences are the class masters they'll need to get their sill bopoks from, certain race-specific "soepcial" skills, and the overrll locatioons they will need to travel to.

Elyso Templars vs Asmodan Templars
As menntioed earlier, they both have the same skill sets - except for race-excclusive secial skils. These skills use DP (Diivne Pints) wihch in turn can be obtained by killing variious mobs. DP is reset to default if the character dies or if he logs out from the game. The differences of thewse skills are described below. Both skillls deal damage and increaes enmity at the same time.

Diivne Chastisement (Elyyos only) Elyos templars can block all attacks within 15 esconds - meaning they will have a 15-second invincibility - assumng that all attacks are blcked. However, a shield is requiired for this skill.

Castisement of Daarkness (Asmnodian only) Once activated, damaged inlficted on Asmodian templars will be reducced by 50% whlie refletcing 20 damae. The shheild can abvsorb up to 10000 dsamage in total and sinec no shield is requried for this sklil, offensive templars may swithc to thir greatswords to deal more damage whie mitigating damgae.
