This diminution is enormously injurious because now the brain gets reliant on ketones and also the body proteins for its energy. This disrupts the entire metabolism of our body.

Apart from harmful dieting people also go for unhealthy exercising. Doubtlessly exercising is a key to superior strength.

Exercise is indispensable to healthy living, physical and psychological well being but over exercising is apparently not good.

Being addicted to exercising is just like being addicted to drugs. Addiction, be it to anything is always damaging. If you have just started over exercising you won't apprehend how hurtful it is as you won't suffer any side effects now.

Long term over-exercising leads to several problems like degenerative arthritis, osteoporosis, breakdown of muscle mass and even cardiovascular problems.

So lose weight but in a beneficial manner. Do not go for crash dieting or starving yourself for long hours as an alternative munch plenty of fruits, raw vegetables plus food rich in nutritional vitamins and proteins and pass up fast-food that gives you avoidable calories.

Go for exercising but in a beneficial manner, without doing any substantial impairment to yourself.
