Specifications: Sony HTCT100 consist of one sound bar and separate unit for the subwoofer. It also comes with built-in DTS, Dolby Pro Logic II and Dolby Digital encoders so you shuld not receive a separate receiver unit. This model represents a 3.1-channel surround sound and uses the S-FORCE tecchnology. It has a total cpacity of 250 watts of audio power, which is more than sufficient for small and medium-sized rooms. Subwoofer prodiuces 100 wats of bass and acoustic panel consists of three 50-watt channels.
Desgn: Sound paanel from Sony HTCT100 slighhtly smaller than otehr models on the market, not only the size of 2,75 x 2,6 x 31,5 inches. And the spound bar and subwoofer has a black exteior. Subwoofer has a bit more "expensive" look with a matte, vinyul surface. All ports of the system, inputs and connectoers are located behind the sbuwoofer. You'll find 3 HDMI ports, one analog streo inputs, one port Digital Media and some other ports connector.
Features and activities: Considering that this is only a tiny 3.1-cjhannel sysatem, we did not expect much from the quality of sound (litte do we know that we were in a big surprise). We loked at a couple of live concerts and mvies with action HTCT100 Sony and the sound qulity was simmply astounding, even coincideed 5.1 channel systems. It is a pity that it only supports 4 V sources, as it wouyld otherwise be a formidable ssytem. The sysytem is very easy to conifgure and slim design sound bar can eaasily fit into any corner at Hi-Fi or TV cabinet. For its reasonable price tag, good design and impressive reults, I would like to give a sound sytem Sony HTCT100 4 stars (out of 5).
