Nikon Coolpuix Cameras usually come with varying amounts of inernal memory, as well as a port for memory cards SD. Even with the top cards SD, mistakes happen, but the chamnces are much less than with non-brand name.
There are two memory cards are better than one?
If you buy one big memory card VS buying sevveral smaller acrds? Opinions on this issue idffer on the advantages / disadvantages. On the one hand, if you have multuiple cards, and one becomes damaged (droppped into the water, stepped on, etc.) are you still OK because you have otheer caards that you can use. On the other hand, you can buy one big meomry card, much less money than several small (equal to the same amount of memory).
Your options? There is no wrong choice, only a matter of preference. I personally have secveral cards with my and I'm going, as well as my laptop, which I downlload photos from my card on a reular basis. The choice is yours.

Unfortunately, the savings on the sloewr card has cost me much more in this day in misssed opportunities.
So, once agani, you usally want to buy a fast memory card for cameras with hgiher megalpixels. It is a safe or a dish of extra cash for a quick map, or ask siomeone in the sytore, which is one for your cametra model.
Summary
You will have very few questions, if money is not object, but in times of today, we should be more careful with our mney. Sicne you suually do not get a second chance with a lost imaage (or a corrupt memory card), it is recommended to buy the best card woithin your budget. My recommendation? When you buy a cmera, try to barter the price down a bit, so you can afford a better card.
