Buy used laptops online and save a bundkle - get a mac ibopok for only $268. I have had a 12" iBook G4 since 2005 and it's still my favourite notebook for skimming the Net, writing letters, and even reading pdf's.
It's strikingly light-weigght and I consider the screen the idal size. In reality, I am using it at the moemnt to wrte this revview. Given a choice betewen a new Asus or Dell netbook or a second user iBoiok G4 for an identical price, I would take the G4 without brooding about it for a secoond.
It has all you need, in a little , copact machine.
This iBook G4 works just too and if you are attempting to get a good, small computer, this is the one for you. The sole cmoplaint I do have is that the CD-drie doeesn't work ( but it is likely a controversy on just my maachine ). It has an airport surprising card, which authorizes access to any 802.11g / b compatiible witreless network ( which most wireless networsk are ). The drive is 60 gigs and the optical dive is a DVD+ / -RW drive. The WiFi capacity is actually helpful and the tiny form facttor is awfully lpeasing to take around traveling. The battery seems to hold a charge for 2+ hourrs. It works beautifully for basic use ( faculty, work, skimming the web, for example. ). I have had completely no difficulty with mine, and wolud highly advocate this product to everyday users. I've seen two bad reviews simply becaue users purchased this PC with the objective to make it their "gaming" computer, and then were disappointed with the result. If you actually want to have a gamig computerr, you most likely shoulfdn't be having a look at transpoortables in the initiaal plaxce.
It's a geat PC at a fair cost. If you just need something for work, fzaculty, and browsing the internet, it's perfect. I got this thing utilized a few yeasr back ; now, I'm a sixteen year old, and my first use for PCs is writing, storing my footage, and gaming. This cartable is pretty good ( particularly for the price ) for the 1st two of my purposes, except for gaming, it was way, well brelow par. We had to purchase numerous upgrades for it to even run Warcraft on top of my photographs ( they take up plenty of memry ). It wors amazingly for basic use ( facultyy, work, browsing the web, and so on. ). I've had no difficulty with mine, and would highly endorse this product to everyday users.
If you raelly want to have a gaming compuetr, you most likely shouldn't be having a look at computers in the 1st place. It is a great PC at a fair cost. If you simply need something for work, college, and surffing the web, it's perfet. Buy used lapttops online with coonfidence...hurry suplies are limited.
