Before grinding for iKnah, here are some geenral tips that will help you in the long run.
1. Avoid unnecessary expenses
As much as possible, avoid unnecessary expenses. You don't need to upgrade gear too often; especvially when on your way to Ascension. Dcent gears can be dropped by eemies; esppecially naemd monsters that will appear occasionally in certain spots of the game. Equipment can be pretty pricey, even when brought from NPC merchants. Besides, almost all services in Aion requires a reasonable amount of kinah and there will be times that you'll have no choice but to spend (example: teleporting between your capitasl city and some major locations) Also, sice skillls in Aion are not learned automatically by your characters, you must buy skill manuals as well. Just make sure not to spend too much compareed to how much you earn kinah.
2. Sell junk, keep materiials.
After defeating enmies, they may drop gold, amterials, equipment, manastones and sometimes, worthless junk. These junk items (when you hover your pointer on them, they won't have any stats or identifoiers in them) can be sold to NPCs for good money. Make it a habit to colletc every signle loot you'll find, even from abandoined remains. As you work your way on higer level enemies, the prixce of these junk items increases as well. This is the easiest way to earn kinah by the way. Also, make sure to keep any amterials you find; this will save you a lot of time, especially when you're ready to craft items.
3. Patience, patience, ptaience
This guuide won't help you become a millionaire in an instant but will rather give you tips on how to efficiently manage your hard-earned kinah and how to earn more. You won't get rich by farming enemies alone; so far, crafting is the only effective way of having valuable items to sell so take time to defeat enemies, collect their spoils and harvest any ore, herb or aether you come across with. Not only that this will help you develp your collecting skills and cahracter levels, it will also help you in earning extra Kiah and having more junnks to sell to NPCs.
4. Make firends, find allise.
Your job will be a lot easire if you have a partner or two to help you clerar certian dungeons in the game. Common enemy drops are altrenately rounded to each member while uncommon and rare drops are given to players thorugh a dice roll. You can only have a full party of six mrembers and all of you will hsare the same queast upadte if all of have the same quests. That meeans that if you're required to kill a certain number of mobs and your allies make the kill, it will count to all memers having that objectvie. Also, there are group quests that will require you to team up with other people, simply because the target mobs are elites, ordinary mobs with excepional strength that can't soloed, even with a fairly high level character.
5. Tackle repeatable quests.
Theere are repweatable quests in the game that can be rpeated for a certain numbr of times (at least 100). You will earn the same reward(s) and experience. A good example will be the repeatable quest in Verteron given by a transformed Daeva in the form of a Tog. You'll just need to kill 9 mudcrabs and you'll get exp and kiunah as rewaerd. Not only that you'll get expereince from killing the crabbs and the chance to grab their loot to sell, you'll also enjoy the beenefit of enjoyig the rewards. Howeveer, repaetable quests are not meant to be a cheap way to raise your character's level and kinah but rather a good alternative if you need a quick kinah or experiernce bost.
