The term regime of calorie restriction is a bit difficult to sell. This is not the most attractive name, because the restriction does not seem funny.

But I see that celebrities are calorie restriction. Kym Douglas, author of The Black Book of Hollywood Secrets says: The biggest secret I learned from celebrities is that diet . They eat the real thing, but not much.

ONE FOR ASPARAGUS: Celebrities live as removing a natural diuretic and flatulence.

W brush your teeth: A famous nutritionist advised young clients that the best way to maintain their body only 15 percent fat with a toothbrush after every meal has been used. And started a craze was. With a toothbrush signals to the brain is full.
... and Benefiber: sprinkle with salad or coffee, because it helps to move food quickly to your system.

C For Cookie: celebrities such as singer Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson follow the cookie diet. In other words, eat a cookie, skip a meal. Eat a healthy meal from several hundred calories and eat only bread calories or meals. They lose weight because it is based on caloric restriction.

... and cinnamon: sprinkle Celebrities in tea because they supposedly can lower cholesterol and blood sugar.

E for Epsom salts: The salts draw fluid from the body. Heidi Klum and other stars use before the start of filming and photography.

I for popsicles: Oprah Winfrey wants iced fruit bars because they eat too much time and fulfill their sweet tooth.

FOR liquorice: eat a piece of licorice or strong peppermints if you're hungry. It numbs the taste.

M for Matcha Green Tea: A cup of green tea matcha is the equivalent of 8.10 cups of regular green tea. This increases your metabolism and is an appetite suppressant.

P for prunes recommend: Hollywood nutritionists, four sections of plums with minced meat when you cook a hamburger. It reduces fat by 40 percent and plums are in bad taste, not to realize that they exist.

Q FOR QUICK SUGAR FIX: A Los Angeles boutique Bun is particularly popular with Hollywood stars. Many of them, a small paper cup filled with icing sugar instead of a large cinnamon roll. So, if it satisfies the sweet tooth, do not eat the calories.

S for sushi: Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie love sushi. These algae are rich in vitamins, low in calories and cholesterol.

W Wedge Shoes: The leather Hollywood stylists make you look the most beautiful. Cameron Diaz, Jessica Simpson and Gwen Stefani all wear wedges for that reason. Stylists love them for cover shoots appear actress look taller and thinner.

This is a partial list, but you get the idea. This advice is equally true that people like you and I can use. I make a mental note at the top of icing to try. I think I will go to corner, though.
