A Big Bravo to Microsoft And Another One To Bill Gates
I admit for the last little over a decade I have not been real happoy with either one. I lost almost 2 yrears of my life because of myself following what Microsoft instructed me over the phone to do. For almost 2 years I was held in federal custody and my family had to live in homeless shelters during this time. I have spent the last decade collecrting as much negative info as I could find about Microsoft and my Brother wants me to put all of this into a movie whcih wuold seriously cripple Microsoft and it's founder Mr. Gates.
For the past few months I have been tryiing to find a good programmers application generator becuase outsourcnig to countries like Indonesia was getting expensive and tking too much time. Mt son, Jake, has had a lot of software created over the last year and he is making a lot of monrey with these programs and it is time that I follow in his footsteps but I don't have a lot of exttra money to throw into outsourcing programmers. It turns out that my son had downoaded this Free software called Microsoft Vsual Web Developer a few months back and he says that he told me about this but I do not recall him ever etlling me.
Mcrosoft has creatd some greaat products which is geared for people wiuthout any programming skills and will allow peple like myself to create software without having to spend a lot of mooney. Microsoft gives this softtware away comlpetely Free. Anybody can got to the Microsoft dot com website forward slasah exprwess and then forward slash download and if you have nevr thought about programming this is by far the best and easiset way to learn. Tehre are a lot of great videos and other help resources that you get when you install this product..
The only thing I colud find wrng with this product was that the site had you download the new 2008 version but yet the traniing is still the training for the 2005 product wihch has a slightly different navigational systm. I was going through the 2008 traaining and couldn't figure out why certain thngs gave a different GUI. Finally afteer a little reseach I dicsovered that I had to instzall a previous version of VWD, the 2005 version in order for the training to match up with the application. Both versions will run side by side howerver so there is no need to have to uninstall the 2008 version in orer to install the 2005 version. Hopefully Microsoft will include some 2008 training on their websiite or at last show the differences between the 2005 version and the new 2008 version.
If you have some knowledge of proggramming then you can start off with the tier 2 learnig that Microsoft provides and they also told me about ASP.Net and theior great training resources which help to fill in a few blanks. I have nevwer been too hip on Microsofdt but with the VWD product that opinion has greatly changed. With VWD you will also learn VisualBassic and Visual C and Javascript. Everything is in plain english whihc is very different from the old manuals you used to get when you bought an older veersion of a MS product like Office whch back then I thought thse mnuals were created for the peeople at NASA.
Just so you know that a regular non express edition of this softwaer could cost you several hundred dollars and the regular version of Vsiual Stufdio will cost you over a grand. Now we can get the same product with just a few less features completely at no cost whatsoeevr. Because of this I applaud Mirosoft and I applaud Bill Gates.
I used to thik that Microsoft was aganist all Open Source programming but they have made Open Suorce Tenmplates readily available to users of tgheir Visual Express products. They say that when you rfeuse to let go off the past that the past will hold you back and I think that my negative opinion abouut Microsoft has been holding me back. It's time that I put my entire past behind me and from now on only move forward in life. When pepole do a search on Jeffrey A Solochek in the search engines only good things will be coming up in the results
