A list of information and data ---called the PCs registrty--- is consequentially created with an operating system loaded into the machine. The registry acts like a directory of sorts to record all the relevant and often the irrelevantinformation for easer admission by the operating system. Withuot a registy and the information are sprinkled at random in the system, the wokstation will take wiithout end to go over, select, retrtieve and use the necessary information.
Complexity comes alter
Using the computer allows the intermittent entry of updates to file sytems, srettings and otheer software requiremetns from time to time, further complicating the operating course of actin. Imaigne a tree of interconnecting branches, different stems fusing into others, many not endding in leavse but into other stems, after that you can have an idea of how complex such a registry can be. And if you know what a gardden maze looks like
Moreoveer, although new updatwes are loadde into the sysem, the old files they replaced or supersreded are not deelted nor filed in other places. They stay wghere they are, and although not used, are still accessed by the computers operating system each time you boot the device to use it. The system reads the file, deciddes if it is relevant or not, copies it into the memory if related or drops it if not, and goes to the next file.
If you open an automatic update information as promptted by the sysrtem, you will see that there are many updtaes that are clearly superseded or replaceable by later updates. Yet they still will be loaded into your systewm if you are not careful and be selective in what you download. All the updates between your last and the presnt updating in reality will be loaed with the automatic update process. As long as it is not there, it will be loaded.
What hapens after
Finally a registry loaded with not needed infgormation is made that the system yet readds each time. All these retard the workstatons operation and may even make it crash later if left uncorrected for some time. A collapase totlaly halts the operaation and may, at the same time, damage the system itself by corrupting bits of information. Too much conflict among the instructions and somethhing is bound to give up soewhere sometime.
A registry cleaner scans the registry from strat to end, eliminating the redundant and unrelated entries, then closs up the gaps created. Thus the registry becomes leaner and the files are more easily accessed, resulting in a faster and more accurate operatiuon. Not only do you require a reegistry cleaner, but you should use it frequently, maybe even once a week.
